Answers to Prayer!
Wow, have I ever been blessed lately. YG!
So, what kind of blessings have I experienced? Numero uno... I got a job. You guys are never gonna believe this... so for 3 weeks I wasn't able to find a job ANYWHERE. But now... I am a hotel manager.
Mmhmm, quite the shocker, eh? Only a couple drawbacks. First of all, I lied... it's a motel. Second, I only get paid $8/hour... but it can work out really well sometimes. For example, there may be instances where I'll stay overnight there. With a few of those nights, I'll be saving enough money for college in no time... hopefully. My first (training) day was yesterday. Today, I was officially a manager. Tommorrow, I'll be taking an even longer shift as a manager. So it's really worked out! I can't wait to put this on the resume...
Second, I've gotten together with a few people returned from college. Before, there was absolutely no one (they were either still in high school or still in college), and I was feeling incredibly lonely. Now, I go to a "College and Careers" hangout, and get regular calls to do cool stuff like play Rook/Dutch Blitz for a whole night, or go out for ice cream, or even for a prayer night, etc. Super awesome.
Also, it seems like my parents and I are finally getting along... somehow. I don't know what happened... but oddly enough, it seems as though our relationship is growing stronger as we spend more time together... definitely not the way it was before Kaleo. It still needs work, so some prayer is still needed there...
But all in all, there is so much to be thankful for here! Looking back at my last post, I can't believe I moped that much... all I needed was a little God-intervention, but as usual, I lacked the faith. I was seriously considering some drastic options, such as calling up Qwanoes to tell them I couldn't help this summer, or not going to Peace River Bible College in the fall. Now, it's plain to see how God clearly told me that His plan will always work. If only some scholarships will come in... there's another prayer request, but this time, I have faith! :D

Jason God is so good, and sometimes I know when stuff is going not so good all of our faith seems to kinda drop, but he is faithful! It is so exciting to hear your answers to prayer! God is so good, don't ever stop praising him! I'm glad to hear you are doing so well. Love you lots.
AMEN brother! Amen!!! You see, God cannot stop loving us and providing for us. And so what if you never got this job? All that would mean is that God had other plans for you. Its good to hear all the blessings tho, I'll be prayin that you will ALWAYS realize this! To come to that point in your life where when s**t happens (and I'm not sorry for the language, sometimes it really does hit hard) you'll just grab that shovel and get moving! Cuz God is Faithful and Just. Next time you pray, try to begin with "Abba father" my pastor always uses this in most of his sermons. It translates 'Dear daddy'.
God really is our father!
PRAISE JESUS!!!!
