Elevate & Another Amazing Year @ Briercrest
Why Hello, Kaleo. This is B to the Rad Y ("Brady" in case that confused you) letting you know I'm still alive and kickin in the province of Saskatchewan (soon to be back in BC).
Well It's been quite awhile since I've posted anything, so I wanted to give a quick update and share some cool news with you all. I'm going to be a part of Elevate! Next year, I'll be back here at Briercrest for what I hope will be another amazing year, and I'm really looking forward to this incredible opportunity to use the gift of music as a way of going out and meeting new people and just showing love to them when they come out to hear music. Even at the beginning of interviews and auditions I was uncertain about the purpose of Elevate, but I've been increasingly encouraged to hear of what an incredible ministry this is, and how God has used the efforts of this group to touch peoples lives in meaningful ways (and I'm praying that this will continue next year). The guys in the group are all really awesome so I'm super excited to learn and grow with and from them next year as we attempt to serve people together. So (at the risk of sounding selfish) I would love and appreciate any and all prayers for next years "Elevate" team.
Pray that we would reflect and embody 1st Timothy, 4:12-16. (P.s. go read that, its good. Good, but hard to do, so...please pray). Oh and if you get the chance, come out and see Elevate if we're ever near any of you guys. It would be rad to run into a familiar face on the road once in awhile.
So yah, thats some of my exciting news. I'm looking forward to the start of the next school year, and I haven't even left yet. That's a good thing. So I thought I'd tack on a couple extra pics just for fun. you can notice a picture from Brierstock, me with some Rainbow Disney Drumsticks (I broke all my other sticks... the total was 16 shattered sticks this year), Theres a picture of me trying to play fooseball all by my lonesome. Sarah, Ally, Kirk! I miss our intense matches. I havent played a game since coming here. But we have had some fun with ultimate frisbee lately, you can see a little Jarsma playing some catch out on the field near our dorm. All is well here. I'll be home soon, and then.... I'm going to China Kitchen (Downey I hope your available for a meal or two...or 7). This is long.

Dude!! So good to hear from you. Come on no excuses needed for the cute Disney sticks ;) you like them :) Anyways bro last day of exams today then tomorrow to run around the thurs off to the US. Email me and let me know when you get home because I have a day between when I get back from the US and when I head to camp so China Kitchen is definitely on the list to do! peace bro
Brady! That's so cool! Elevate (including Brie, Kaleo 2) dropped by here this year and had chapel and lunch with Kaleo 4. It was an amazing time when God met with us in ways we needed - both Kaleo and Elevate. I hope that you drop by this next year. Is Brie still in the band next year?
Wow, I'm so stoked for you!! You're gonna have an amazing time, just from what I've seen with our tour team "Highest Call". I hope you are able to wow others in this ministry, maybe even shame some because of your youth.

Downey I'm back this weekend (I'll be home Friday). So just give a call when your ready for a lunch buffett. and yah, I do enjoy the cuteness of those rainbow sticks, good call. You should see this stick I broke the other day. It looks like it was struck by lightning cuz it split and frayed in various directions
Jimbad, I heard about the Elevate/Kaleo visit, and I definitely hope we drop by next year.
Unfortunately I wont have the opportunity of being in a band with Brie. Though she greatly influenced my decision to join the group in the way she talked about the Ministry of Elevate to other people (sort of an indirect influence, what she has explained to others as the purpose of Elevate was among the most encouraging and heartwarming explanations I've ever heard). She will be missed. Next year, It's all Boys. We are going to be disgusting living in a van together.
Oh man Brady thats so wicked bro, I can't wait to get to briercrest next year and have an inside man in elevate so everytime I want to judge them i can just rant to you and have you explain things. Thats one thing I've ben convicted of recently whiloe reading through romans. Dude that 1Tim. verse is so good man and I pray that you live it out. Anyway so I'm not gonna be nagging you like a haws about being my roomate next year cause I found 1.
