Merry Christmas Everyone!

So I've finally come down from my solitude in North Alberta, a.k.a. Peace River Bible Institute, away from the busyness and the bubble (again, only 4 computers with internet), and now I relax at home with full internet and telephone availability, but I've rarely made good use of them. I decided to change that tonight by wishing everyone... well... a Merry Boxing Day, I guess, haha. But I hope everyone's Christmas was at least as merry, if not merrier.

Even though I've been in a bubble for the last 4 months (6 if you include camp), God's been teaching me tons. My prayer life in particular has improved drastically. With God's overseeing and overwhelming help, I've also been "bringing Kaleo" to PRBI. Our floor is amazing, with great talks and a huge sense unity, and yet we don't isolate ourselves from the other floors... we help improve them as well! I'm just so grateful for the work God's been doing on our floor, and how he's even working through me in large ways.

God's also been preparing me for life, and I'm not so frightened anymore about stuff like moving out and providing for myself. That can't be a bad thing... I'm pretty sure my parents would like to see that in action. But yea, I just feel somewhat prepared and ready for this temporary thing called 'life'.

I'm going to Staff Retreat at Qwanoes over New Years, I don't know who's going, but I can't wait to see those who are! For those I don't see, I hope you guys are having some awesome holiday time.

Well, there's my update! Again, hope you guys are having an awesome time/break, and hope to see you sometime in the near future. :D
