These pics have nothing to do with the story*

Talk about prayer being answered, and FAST! So here's the story...out of the blue im out looking for a job, some friends of the family pick up some trusses from this place and the service is crap. So the guy gets a lil frustrated and asks why they are going so slow. He simply replies with an answer to prayer "Well we're really busy right now and were actually looking to hire more workers, sorry for the inconvieience."

So the next day they tell this dude (moi) who's currently looking for a non minimum wage job (which is 5.90/hr here), and they tell me about this place. Making this story as short as I can (sorry Philips), I walk in today with resume in hand. My EXACT words when she asked me "can I help you?" were "Yes Hi, I was just wondering if you guys were looking for people to hire." So what happens next is this guy, who just happened to be walking by, takes notice of the situation and say's "so your looking for a job here? full time?" "Yes" I reply. "Come with me" he says. And so i follow him to this room in the back where this other dude is there. "This man is looking for a position here" "Oh great, come on in" So this guy Ive never met before gives me an interview on the spot. Honest to God, the interview lasted but 5 minutes!!! "Great, so you'll start Monday then?" We shook hands and I thanked him.

I will be working Monday through Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM. I will be making $15/hr, as well as a production bonus. He also explained to me that I am on a 30 day probation period were they will watch my work ethic, if they like me, then after one month I will receive a raise!!! Praise God, I want to thank you all for your prayers and support.

P.S. These are some pics of what I do out on the First Nations reserve here that I work on...this is where my heart and passion lies!!! hehe..some of them are about a year and a half old (yikes! is that me???)

P.P.S. I PASSED THEOLOGY!!!!!!!! (the marks are in on Briercrest Live)

So yeah, prettymuch, when i work out here i get to become a kid again. I play in the sandbox with them, wrestle with them, play in the park, do crafts, i LOVE it!!! We do saturday kids programs and week long VBS's in the summer, Thursday nights we chill with the teens, where we have rap battles and breakdance comps and play V-ball and stuff, pray for me as I continue to do God's work here!
Love you all,
Dios te Bendiga,
