Mt. Washington

Arriving to the mountain late in the morning everyone was more than happy to finally be there. The snow was coming down in sheets, bigger than Parkers. We hopped off of the bus and ran inside to receive our lift tickets. Snowboarding until it hurt we finished off by relaxing inside by the fires, or in one of the three hot tubs, chapel and time to talk to each other finished off our evening. Waking up to the sun peaking through the clouds, was amazing, leaving our chalet and our muscles aching we hit the slopes again, Returning to the hot tub to relax our muscles after again another long day. Cross country skiing was quite different, learning how to skate ski, some of the brave souls decided to follow Ally, the Nordic racing machine (bad idea)having my heart just about fall out of me, and others as well, we went on this run which seemed all nice and pleasant going down the hills, but we had to go up more… Needless to say, we were all sore. Returning at lunch a few continued to ski after most of us were sore. Staying in the comfort of inside the chalet we recuperated. Last day of snowboarding we had great weather, sun shining, so finally getting some decent weather it all changed after lunch. Wind picked up and it started to snow, hanging out for the last night, in our chalet, we all just spent time together in fellowship. Snowshoeing the next day through powder, on the backcountry, was great, building snow caves and running through the snow, and for the last day no one could have asked for a better day.

Interestingly, dectected a different sentence structure on this post than usual. Gazing at the first picture, I am not found, although I really should have taken that lesson. Mistakingly I had headed to the bottom of the bunny hill and, taking the wrong lift, found myself where I did not want to be. Funny story... anyways, I really didn't do this imitation of sentence structure justice. Oh well.

sounds like fun, it's funny how you guys have so much snow... Edmonton has only a thin layer of snow and that's the most we've gotten all winter
