Still Kickin'

Hey Kaleo!

Hope you are all doing well...even though i dont really post all that often i do love reading what is going on in all of your lives... So...here is a quick update on me...

This summer i am working for Black Feather (the same company as carrie mcgown) as a wilderness guide. I moved out here (parry sound ON) May first and have been living in a trailor at carrie's parents house...it is pretty lonely out here...and for the past two months i have been working as a packer in their food and gear packing center... which has been a bit dry to say the least...but this is my last week there so that is awsome!

Next week i head out on some more training before my summer of guiding begins...i am working on a number of white water canoe trips as well as a sea kayaking trip on the Geaorgian Bay, then my last trip is a 2 week backpack on Baffin Island...so my summer is shaping up to be pretty killer!

I have been doing pretty well lately...living in a new place all alone i have learned alot about my self and have struggled with being alone...but i am learning (slowly at times) to lean more on Christ and be content with having him and only him...It has also been super hard being away from Mel but i think that learning how to be oursleves outside of our relationship and not having to depend so much on the other person has been a good thing for both of us... Anyways...i know i have a hard time following long posts...so i will stop...just wanted to say hi and let you all know where i am at these days...
