Seems like everyone else is updating on life; I sit thinking back and forth. Do I or do I not? Will it really matter...? Selfish me, bottom line; the posting on the blog is to stay connected and possibly bless others by what is said and discussed.
So here it goes; I will start like any good writer would with one simple question. Why are we here? Seems simple enough yet complex, how am I supposed to live? Loving others and God, but also balance life and fun in the middle… What does it look like when we serve God in a world completely engulfed by its sin and corrupt nature?
How does it affect one if we stray away? What does love actually look like? And why the heck do we lack motivation….
Beating around the bush… I’ll just come out and say it…. What the heck? Where is life? What is my path? (Scott) + Confusion = Ultimate Confusion…
I guess my plea would be is anyone able to help me? Ideas?

Question: Whats the weather like in your life? What happened to the whole 'Greenhouse' metaphor? Man,the greatest most fascinating thing about the Creator is not only not being able to understand why, but also having the ablility to KNOW Him! Remeber Genesis 1:27-Being made in His image, we have within us, the capacity to know Him. He is apersonal God who understands you when you cant understand Him. Let Him be the bush you beat around in, know that you carry within you seeds that will never die and will always grow. Know that He loves you and stays by your side, knows your future and has given you a hope like none other and yeah, you'll still be confused, but you WILL gain the motivation, the love and the passions to just be right where He has placed you, in the moment. I love you brother!
Well, of course it's love - you are very right - but you are asking what does love look like? Love = God = Jesus = God-With-Skin-And-Bones-On = Love-With-Skin-And-Bones-On. Homework assignment: Read Matthew. Then Mark. Then Luke. Then John. Then John again. Can't miss it. And I'm NOT being simplistic. And if you need more, read The Four Loves by C.S. Lewis. Amazing.
