Time for simple reflection.

Why do we at Kaléo take this for granted, why do we think this is going to be good once it’s over? Kaléo is never over; you can't get rid of those stories of Brady in the dryer, and Haws walking the plank, playing in the mud, or even Chin-chin-chowy at the top of the world. Kaléo is more than just school it’s and experience, a calling, all of us called to be here. God has worked in every ones lives here at camp, yet God is not limited. Parkers’ lifegaurding skills put to action, and settlers to late hours. Jesus didn't die on the cross just for us to do nothing about our faith; I challenge you to never shut up, never let up, and don't give up. Kaléo is more than a few simple months, is a lifetime, once Kaléo always and once you realize that you will truly see how much it means to be part of this community. Memories may slowly fade after time but remember this till the end of time, tell everyone you come in contact with about our savior, tell of his love. Once this year end it’s not finished, bring on the hard times bring on pain and hurt, its life. I hope that all kaleoites will reflect on the memories shared but more than these memories the knowledge learned and how to apply it to real life. Jesus Christ would have so why don't we? Are you scared, nervous, I am too; but God calls us to step out in faith? As Kaléo 3 ends we take steps away from each other but not from the friendships made here, I challenge you to make the rest of this the best month and a bit; ever.
