Urgent Prayer

Hey...

This is kind of hard to say, and even harder to believe...

Basically, we all need to pray a lot for Ucluelet right now. I think most of you (especially the Ucluelet team) remember the Livingstones... Laura served as CIT this past summer. This morning, Mark Livingstone (Laura's dad, an elder at the church we stayed at) died... He was doing his garbage truck run, and all of a sudden the garbage truck backed into him and killed him instantly.

Corissa (did some drimes while we were in Ucluelet), Josh, John, and Jacob Smolders (Phil and I counseled Jacob this summer in youth camp), and Corissa's dad were all here at PRBI when they received the news right before lunch. Corissa's dad was up here to preach a little in a nearby city, and brought Jacob with him to see his older brothers in college. They're all taking it really hard, and I can hardly believe it myself. The Smolders, Corissa's dad. and maybe Corissa are all going to head back in the next couple of hours.

So yea, just pray for their safe travels, and especially pray for the church in Ucluelet. The funeral is on Saturday. Thanks guys.
