Partners in Prayer?

Hey guys, well I have a request for you all. I really need you to pray for my sister right now. She wasnt feeling too well and so typically went to the doctors. To make this a short blog (lol) I'll say that she was told she has a serious infection in her cervix. If left untreated it may turn into cancer and be life threatning. Now even in english she wouldnt have know what the actaul disease was (ya know all those complicated medical terms) so she was unable to even translate the doctos words into english) She phoned and was pretty scared and could hardly talk. I did my best to encourage her and the coolest part is that it worked!!! You know God always plans things the best way, well today in my devo's there was a story of a chinese man who organized a massive mission feild with hundreds of missionaries, soon after, there was a rebellion and hundreds of his missionaries died and he himself was mutilated and unable to move, see and barely hear. and some of his very last words were something like this...

"I am unable to move, or do any little thing in life that is normal, i dont even feel like reading the bible or for that matter praying, all I know is that I can do nothing, and thats the best part" (not exact)

the devo went on to explain why this sounded so clear and simple for our daily lives. We need to realize that when life is tough or scary, all we need is God, and like a child in the arms of thier loving father, we need not to speak any words or really even do anything, all we need to know is that we can rest in God cuz He IS always there, with arms wide open. He doesnt even need to speak to us. The verse was a passage out of Psalm 94....

When I said "My foot is slipping" your Love, oh Lord, supported me. When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought Joy to my soul!

Pretty neato eh? and I also told her what all that meant to me, and how (scary but true, like Brady) Ive been in a situation like that where I found it hard to trust God and though about me and my life, not God and His utmost control of my life. I prayed for her and she felt so much better, she no knows that she is insignificant in comparison to the sheer awe of Christ, and her life is not in her hands, but her heavenly fathers! But please just continue to pray for her, she doesnt realy trust the Mexican doctors to preform the surgeerys and all that, and she may have to come back home earlier than planned to get more tests and stuff done here in Canada (oh darn eh? hehe, YG YG YG!) Anywhoo, if you could join in prayer for my sister that would be so awesome*

Thank you Kaleo,
I Love you ALL!!!!

Jason
