Jim and Sarah are in the house
Hello Everyone,
Jim and Sarah are sitting right next to me as I write this blog. They arrived on Thursday evening. We chatted and caught up on KaleoLife. Friday we went out on the lake then rode the chairlift up the ski mountain. Saturday we got up early and headed to Glacier National Park for a little backpack trip. We met up with Kallee (from Kaleo 2) and her boyfriend Nathan. We hiked in with Jim, Sarah, Emily, and I. We saw some extremely vicious, dangerous wildlife. It started off on the trail when Emily almost got attacked by a mother grouse trying to protect her young; she nearly died. We were eating dinner at the camp when a killer bunny named Hops tried to eat all of our food. Next, it was dark and we heard a rustle in the bushes. We turned the light on and a giant toad (at least 3 feet long) growled at us. We were also very dissapointed that Sarah's bear bells did not attract any bears. We had a close call with two cougars; we missed them by only ten minutes.

They leave tomorrow; it will be sad to see them go. Emily and I will be up at the camp August 12 and can't wait to see all of you Kaleo (now Qwanoes) people.
