Not from the head hamoc

Well it has also been a while since I last blogged, but now I defently can't wait to blogg a few thing. Well life in the kitchen is fun, but hard work but the arival of my kitchen shoes made my life alot less painfull. But about three days ago while I was serveing dinner I noticed that my leg was sore but thought nothing of it. But when 7:30 rolled around it hurt to go up and down stairs, and by the end of bible study to walk or move my leg was one of the most painfull things I have ever experinced. I got from the lounge to the about the office and Emily (first aid) cought up to me and made me to the hot/cold pack treatment and also got me some crutches. So I was in my room doing the hot/cold pack treatment and after about 20 min I got sick of sitting there and I decied that I was going to crutch my way around until someone asked me if they could pray for me. Well I did not need to go far until that happened. Johnnymo saw me crutching way around and asked what was up and then he and Andrew Mackdonald and Quinten prayed for me. Pause,,, ok so if you want to trully understand why this is so exciting for me you kind of have to know this little background info. Based on Matthew 11:31,32 I think that we as a church are showing that we really have been showing how little faith we have, if it only takes the faith of a mustard seed to move a mountian then how little should it take to heal someone? I also beleve that on that bases that it explanes many of Jesus' mericales, because imange what would happen if you had the faith of a foot ball or there blob. Ok back to the present. So while they were praying for me God taugh me alot more about faith and I realised that as a christian if I wanted there prayers to heal my knee I needed the faith to put the crutches away and walk agin, and what would you know I could walk on it with out the pain bring me to tears. Well that is my big story or lesson in my life.

Well today I went to church and afterwards I had about a four hour meeting with some of the people that I will be working with me in the fall and about the last 3 year of the youth as well. But the coolest thing was on the way back home the Pastor and I were talking about the posiblies of opening a youth center funded by various people and other parties. That would be a dream come true for me and I would really like it if you could all pray for this and that the seeds that have a huge potental and a huge answer to my prayers.
